The River

The Lehigh River is home to many species of fish, such as Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Pickerel, Panfish, Carp, Catfish and the fish of 10,000 casts, the notorious Muskellunge (Muskie).

Rainbow and Brown Trout average 13" - 17" in length with fish over 20" possible and anglers frequently catch trout over 20". There are large numbers of small mouth bass in the river between 8" - 14". Occasionally fish are caught in the 18" - 21" range. Anglers are reporting increasing numbers of muskie between the 30" - 52" range.
